Referrals!!
Most of our business is through referrals. So, in 2010, since weddings are down, it is up to Scott Photography to not dwell on this but to do our absolute best at doing the best damn job for not only our wedding customers, but for all our clients. Yesterday, I received a call from Emily who wants some boudoir photography done for her anniversary. She was referred to us by Sarah, who had the same thing done 2 years ago. Saturday, Manon is bringing her daughter in for photos because we did great photos of her engagement, her wedding , and maternity photos. This week, a new Real Estate agent starting using Scott Photography because another agent he knows also used our services. So, we can sit and moan and groan about how business is down or we can be positive and make sure that we do the best possible job we know how, treat our customers well, and they will tell their friends about us!!
