Customer Satisfaction
As a businessman, it is very important for me to earn an income doing what I love. However, it is equally important that my customers be happy with the work I’ve done. This brings me other customers through word of mouth but even more important it makes me happy that I have I have made my clients happy. However, not all customers take the time to express their satisfaction in verbal or written form which I totally understand. Yesterday I stopped by the mail and I received a Thank You card from a customer that simply read “Thank you for all your expertise during the day! Our photos turned out beautifully!” It made my day. Thank you!
